We do not make outbound telemarketing calls outside of area codes 513 and 937.
If the phone number you wish to add to our do-not-call list is outside of area codes 513 or 937, you do not need to do anything further. Consider this your notice that you are already on our do-not-call list. This also serves as your verification that you are on our do-not-call list.
If you are inside the 513 or 937 area codes and do not wish to receive marketing calls from us, please go to https://www.donotcall.gov/register/Reg.aspx and add your numbers to the national do-not-call directory. This will remove your number from all telemarketers’ lists. If you want to be removed from only our list, please send us an e-mail at mcclainsvc@mcclain-heating.com and include your name, address, and the phone number that you wish to add to our do-not-call list. We will acknowledge your request by return e-mail. You may also call us at 513-531-1155; however, calling us will not preserve your rights and your request will be acknowledged only during the same phone call. No acknowledgement will be sent by mail unless the request is accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped, envelope.

We adhere to all the rules and regulations found in Code of Federal Regulation, Title 47, Chapter I, Sec. 64.1200, which can be read at http://www.do-not-call.com/cfr.html. This Code is hereby incorporated in our rules in its entirety as it applies to us.

We do not perform any outgoing fax marketing; therefore, we do not accept do-not-fax requests unless you have specifically been sent a fax by us. We send faxes to only those people and companies with which we have an existing business relationship. We include the do-not-fax verbiage on the cover of each fax. We maintain a no-cost method for persons to contact us. If you have received a fax from us and wish to be added to our do-not-fax list, please send us an e-mail at mcclainsvc@mcclain-heating.com and include your name, address, and the fax number that you wish to add to our do-not-fax list. Please include the time and date that you received the fax that gave rise to your request so that we may verify the validity of your request. We will acknowledge your request by return e-mail.
